4:00 am Magic Mix

November 18th / 2016

Insomnia is the worst. And increasingly common these days. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and helpless. I have two techniques to help me sleep. One is to listen to a binaural wave recordings like those available in this Brainwave app or the Zen app. Note that if you have a history of epilepsy or brain seizures do not try listen to these brain waves. And if you have a heart condition or on mood altering drugs, please consult with a doctor first. To learn more on how this sound therapy works and what the scientific research is, read here.

The other tool in my tool box are aromatherapy oils. Here is my go-to magic mix for insomnia. I hope you find this helpful.

Give it a try and let me know how it works in the comments!
