Soothing Essential Oil Magic Mix

Your bed is a place of tranquility and supports you as you unload and unfold all the amazing activities of your day.  All the events and interactions of your day wash away. This place nurtures you and refreshes you for all that will be precious and rewarding in the days to come. 

Here are the components of the Soothing blend and why they are included ::

VETIVER

 Vetiver promotes feelings of calm and is rich in sesquiterpenes,
which gives it a grounding effect.
Calming, soothing effect on emotions.

OREGANO

Oregano may help to promote a positive mood.*
It can calm the nervous system and may
be relaxing to the musculoskeletal system.*
This scent known for it’s sweet pine and citrus aroma.

LAVENDER

Lavender is widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities and
helps to prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
Meaning “to wash” in Latin, it may also help to support healthy immune function and response during times of seasonal threats.*
Lavender synergistically helps to soothe and calm the nervous system.

Soothing Essential Oil Magic Mix

Ingredients
  • 3 drops Vetiter
  • 3 drops Oregano
  • 2 drop Lavender
Instructions
  1. Add to a very warm (nearly hot) foot bath and soak until water cools.
  2. Gently dry feet.
  3. If too tired to do foot bath, can add to essential oils to a carrier oil such as sesame, almond or avocado oil and rub into feet.
  4. Put on socks and return to bed.
